Anytime I am in the area, this is one of the first places I think of for lunch. I love pretzel buns and this place has some of the freshest buns in the area. My favorite sandwich is actually a breakfast sandwich, but I get it for lunch. It has bacon, egg and cheese on a pretzel bun. Delicious! Friendly staff in a quaint cafe. You can purchase bakery and other goods on your way in or out.

Amazing! This place has wonderful food, a menu full of choices, and ridiculously great prices. From snacks like pretzel pizza bites with provel cheese (these were awesome), to pastas to pretzel bread, this spot is outstanding. Better food than the Blue Owl and much better prices. I had a hot roast beef and provel sandwich (ohh, St. Louis provel!) on pretzel bread with a mandarin orange salad. What a deal! It’s small but cute. Gift shop too. Such a gem. Still in awe over the low prices.

I had a small 50 person wedding at the Anheuser Estate in Kimmswick so had the Dough Depot cater. It was absolutely delicious and at such a great price. It’s been two years and I STILL have people ask who did our food. We continue to bring our now 1 year old daughter because it’s cozy and hold dear to us! A must? The Hawaiian Salad! Yum!
